The Camp Bentzon experience

When I was on the bus driving it took four hours I think.

We had to drive from  Auckland to  Sandspit. Wow isn't that long!

When I stepped on the ferry my  heart was beating fast

my whole body was full  of excitement. When we arrived at

Camp Bentzon I was so happy I felt like jumping in the sea.

It was so cool.  Did you know they're were beautiful

beaches around Camp Bentzon? It looked so amazing.

The next morning we had to do activities for points

we even got our own name for our group.

It was called Bentzon. Our first activity was sailing

I was so good at sailing I even had a race with my friends. I  made sure that I was winning.  I think

that my  friends were  getting angry at me.

Then at the after noon we got to go swimming when we were

swimming  Mr J was doing a bombing competition.

Every day  I would go there and win. When  you come

first you will get five points. I even made my own bomb

it was called a star bomb

I wanted to  go bombing  because I wanted to get points

for my group.   look at us now we are coming first place.

Then at night time we had our big concert.

we were having a lot of fun  even the charts was pretty cool

and i had a move of grooving.   i'm telling you it was very fun

camp was so fun

we learned about sailing. It was so cool I think that kawau island

is best because they teach you things  in life.

Whakapapa

First we searched up pictures to draw. Then We drew our pictures on a piece of paper when we finished our drawings we started to color in. Once we were done we had to copy it on a board. When we finished drawring on our boards. Then our whole class started to paint on our board and one thing Ms Tito told us how to paint. And the technique is called cutting in and you have to make sure you don't paint over the line. When you are finished you need a vivid. Then you go over the line with a vivid just to make it stand out. I really enjoyed making the Whakapapa art to but it was pretty hard to do but i still enjoyed it.

Whats a good friend?.

A good friend is being kind

and we also care about each other to.

We also support them in their lives  and maybe

on day they might even give you a “gift”.

For helping them its all about care  and support

to each other.

A:just walk away from her. Definitely  not a:

you should b: pick her up and be nice to her  and take her to class and that's a good friend.

why we got capitals

WALT: Write an explanation telling people what capital letters are and when you use them in writing.

Introduction:

Capital letters are upper cases and its bigger then the little cases. For example a capital: C and a lowercase c.and q is different than capital Q its a different shape

One time you would use capitals is for peoples names. You must put a capital letter for the first letter in the name.  Like the president of USA Barack Obama has capitals for his name.  

Try  use capitals for titles of a presentation.  Put  a capital letter on a title  if you  post an i movie on your blog.for an example this is my title

You can tell its a capital letter because usually when your old selves write in a book while

you're  a kid. I can see that when you write a capital. the letters

touch the line on the book.  The normal letters don’t touch the line. That means

the bigger letters are capitals.

Your self  would put a capital in a start of a sentence and would put a capital after a full stop even. Or even after a question mark they put it after a exclamation mark to.Last but not least they need it when a new persons speaking on email.

Capital letters help you read sentences and stories so USE THEM!

Commonwealth games

Finally  the Commonwealth games has began. commonwealth game We have been waiting for years and years and years. We love to play games all around the world it is amazing. I have something to tell you now  I'm telling you this that in Scotland they have built  an athletes village. It  looks so cool did you   hear that it took  them five years to built the village? i think  that NZ is competing with  Australia.

 

Did I Tell you my favorite sports  of course i didn't

well my favorite sports issss Boxing and the Rugby sevens.The funniest thing that i like about  Boxing is when you get

punched on  the face in slow mo. And they are super fast

Do you know why do I like Rugby sevens it helps you get strong healthy and you

can get energy. It also helps you get a good life and  your family could  be healthy to.

Rugby sevens in my life is a special thing. I've dreamed of me being fet  and strong. ph 2

 The Commonwealth games started when  all of the Country’s became friendly

and thats the only way to be together and make friends. The Commonwealth games

started in 1930. I think that all of the athletes should  be vs their own country like NZ

or Singapore or even Canada or Tonga. I think they should.

Conclusion

I think that New Zealand great at Cycling Rugby and other things…...
